浅析大学生情绪管理

在人们的学习、工作和生活中,情绪问题是核心问题。本文从大学生情绪管理的内涵、情绪管理的必要性以及情绪管理的策略几个方面进行分析,从而达到合理管理情绪的目的。     

对奥斯汀言语行为理论的再认识

奥斯汀是日常语言学派的一位重要的哲学家,对其言语行为理论的认识与理解离不开对其哲学活动的了解。其言语行为理论形成的思想背景是克服传统语言的简单化的技术基础,是十分精细的且主要是经验性的语言分析。该理论的认识意义在于使人们对语言性质的看法产生革命性的变化。     

IMAGES IN PRACTICE: VISTAS, TIME AND CAUSALITY IN ORGANIZATIONS

The article reports on a study of the way people conceive the organizations in which they work, what characterizes their conceptions, or images, and how they evolve. Images of organization from a single work organization are described and analyzed in terms of space, time and causality. Managers’ images are compared to those of other employees. The study shows that the work role influences the way in which an organization is perceived. The time orientation of the images develops by way of action, which also has an impact on the way causalities are conceived. Actions are directed towards the structure of the work organization. People’s images evolve as a result of structural changes and/or of changes in an individual’s position within the structure. As a possible starting point for further research, a typology of six different types of image and their relation to action theories is developed.     

Some Cross-Cultural Evidence on Ethical Reasoning

This study draws on Kohlberg's Cognitive Moral Development Theory and Hofstede's Culture Theory to examine whether cultural differences are associated with variations in ethical reasoning. Ethical reasoning levels for auditors from Australia and China are expected to be different since auditors from China and Australia are also different in terms of the cultural dimensions of long term orientation, power distance, uncertainty avoidance and individualism. The Defining Issues Tests measuring ethical reasoning P scores were distributed to auditors from Australia and China including Hong Kong and The Chinese Mainland. Results show that auditors from Australia have higher ethical reasoning scores than those from China, consistent with Hofstede's Culture Theory predictions.     

The Effects of Professional Managers’ Credit on Their Work Performance: Firm Owners’ Trust and Credit Identification Mechanisms

Finding successors for private enterprises has become an urgent problem in recent years, partially because those firms’ owners lack trust in professional managers. Previous research on agents focuses on preventing opportunistic behavior and neglects the value of their entrepreneurship. In our research, professional managers’ credit is divided into three dimensions: personal credit, professional credit and operational credit. Using a sample of 379 firm owners from 27 provinces in China, we find that credit and its detailed dimensions are positively related to private owners’ trust in professional managers. We also found that a rigorous and effective credit identification mechanism positively moderate the above relationships. Furthermore, trust affects professional managers’ work performance in a positive way. Accordingly, we advise that (1) professional managers’ credit assessment system should be established and improved; (2) professional managers and enterprise owners should attach importance to enhancing professionalism and promoting rigorous credit identification mechanisms; (3) the closed-loop of the credit-trust psychologically interactive mechanism based on credit mechanisms and credit identification mechanisms should be put to use.     

媒体关注对IPO抑价影响路径探究——基于创业板的经验证据

文章重点探讨媒体关注对我国IPO抑价影响的具体路径。基于上市公司IPO及之前的媒体信息,选取创业板IPO公司作为研究样本,从行为金融学视角对抑价理论进行实证检验。经路径研究发现,高媒体关注通过配置投资者“有限注意力”导致高发行抑价,在个人投资者比例较高的创业板市场上,媒体关注对IPO抑价的影响路径是基于情绪效应而不是认知效应。     

机载无线电设备兼容性内场试验方法

机载无线电设备之间的兼容性试验是飞机研制完成之后进行的一项重要整机性能试验项目,当前主要通过外场飞行来完成。提出了一种新的试验方法,即采用内场辐射式试验方案来完成无线电设备装机之后的兼容性试验。首先以典型机载无线电设备为基础,分析整机内场兼容性试验需要完成的试验项目,进而阐述内场辐射式试验系统的总体方案。该方法具有以下特点：易于构建复杂电磁环境;可完成机载无线电设备之间的兼容性试验;可完成整机在复杂电磁环境下的工作性能评估试验。这些工作在促进航空工业的发展、提升国产新型飞机的技术水平及市场竞争力等方面具有重大工程应用价值。     

Broadcasting cookery: BBC radio programmes in the 1920s and 1930s

The development of British radio broadcasting technology in the 1920s and 1930s and, equally importantly, the progressively widespread purchase and use of radio sets established a new platform from which to engage and influence the population on a number of matters. The British Broadcasting Corporation's public service principles of programmes to inform, educate and entertain gave rise to various content experiments at a time when there were very few precedents. One such innovation was the cookery talk. This was broadcast live, accomplished without the possibility of practical demonstration, and constituted a new, and abstract, form of communication primarily designed for women in their own homes. In this, women were the earliest and most frequent contributors, and their broadcast content differed from that provided by men. By reference to archive material, this article examines the social context and the thinking behind those early years of radio cookery talks and documents the contributors who were to establish this now‐familiar genre of broadcasting.     

管理者认知偏差、公司治理质量和过度投资——基于高持续性财务业绩的证据

根据行为和心理科学理论,当面对连续的成功时,人类倾向于将成功进行自我归因而导致过度自信。基于中国上市公司2001-2013年的数据发现,由于自我归因偏差,投资前存在高业绩的过度投资企业具有更高的过度投资水平;进一步,投资前存在至少2年持续高业绩的过度投资样本,过度投资程度更加严重,其中,高业绩持续3年及以上样本的过度投资扭曲程度最为严重。中国现有的公司治理机制,无法彻底消除这种相关性。由此建议,在面对连续的成功时,高管于公司重大决策前需要注意自我归因偏差的影响。     

行为经济学和实验经济学的发展对管理学研究的影响

行为经济学和实验经济学目前已发展成为西方经济学界的两个主要分支,并对传统经济学本身的理论基础、研究内容和具体方法都提出了一定的挑战：展望理论相对于预期效用理论更准确地描绘了决策人在不确定环境下的决策行为;诱生性价值判断法为更准确地研究人类行为提供了方法论基础。由于经济学从一开始就是管理学研究的理论基础和具体方法,因此这些新成果必将在思想和方法上为管理学研究注入新的活力。
